  • Client and policy records are retained for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the business relationship, as required by FAIS and FICA.
  • Website enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 12 months unless a business relationship is formed.

After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
